Transformational. Life changing. Inclusive. Athletic. Real.

If you’ve ever had a conversation with a roller derby skater or official, you’ve likely encountered these words used to describe the experience of being part of a league. Since 2010, Twin State Derby (TSD) has been the Upper Valley’s very own women’s flat track roller derby league, and has played over 40 regulation games in New England and beyond! We strive to support our community through charitable giving and hands-on volunteering with local organizations. We value inclusiveness and diversity, and actively recruit and train new skaters and officials each month. Additionally, we were recently accepted as a member league of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association, the international governing body for the sport.

Collectively, TSD league members commit to more than 320 hours each month practicing roller derby; we pay more than $1,000 in dues to fund practice space rental; and we spend approximately $7,000 out of pocket for protective gear and skates. We do this because we believe in the power of the sport and because we believe in each other. And we could use your help!

Thank you for giving the gift of empowerment!
