Transformational. Life changing. Inclusive. Athletic. Real.

If you’ve ever had a conversation with a roller derby skater or official, you’ve likely encountered these words used to describe the experience of being part of a league. Since 2010, Twin State Derby (TSD) has been the Upper Valley’s very own women’s flat track roller derby league, and has played over 40 regulation games in New England and beyond! We strive to support our community through charitable giving and hands-on volunteering with local organizations. We value inclusiveness and diversity, and actively recruit and train new skaters and officials each month. Additionally, we were recently accepted as a member league of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association, the international governing body for the sport.

Collectively, TSD league members commit to more than 320 hours each month practicing roller derby; we pay more than $1,000 in dues to fund practice space rental; and we spend approximately $7,000 out of pocket for protective gear and skates. We do this because we believe in the power of the sport and because we believe in each other. And we could use your help!

This year, TSD will participate in our first tournament as a league, Sooner Skate, in Oklahoma City, OK. There are a variety of expenses associated with participation in this tournament, but we know we can proudly represent the Upper Valley at the event! We are seeking sponsors to help offset additional costs involved with travel and lodging, and uniform purchases. Will you consider entering into a partnership with TSD? Your contribution in any amount makes it possible for us to continue to offer the community- and confidence-building hallmarks of roller derby in the Upper Valley, and will surely get us to OK this spring! In return, we are pleased to include you, our partner, in promotional materials and print and social media as outlined below. Thank you for giving the gift of empowerment!
